Hey Reader

I'm obsessed with something right now.

And it's a simple but powerful concept that I can gaurantee you've heard before.

But have you actually used it before?

What is the concept?

Acting as and being the future version of yourself NOW.

How am I using it?

🏃🏽‍♀️I'm currently on a health journey to get fit & look after myself more, so I'm in the mindset right now (I call it THE ZONE!) of the Suz who isn't thinking...will I or won't I - I just DO because I'm already HER.

💦You know the HER who eats well, moves everyday, makes great choices, drinks all the water.

🏓I'm doing this with my new hobbie of Pickleball. We book every week and we go and play. Now I'm going to training sessions - why?

Because the Suz who gets good at Pickleball and has a hobby she LOVES (like I seriously LOVE IT), that's what she does!!

The same goes for business.

When you think about the kind of entreprenuer you want to be, are you already BEING her?

What's the gap between where you are and where you want to be and how can you step into HER now?

The first thing is knowing who SHE is...

What she does every-single-day...

How she works...

What she focuses on and lets go off!

This applies to every aspect of life—business, health, love life, you name it.
